SHIPPING & RETURNS
This product is made in the US. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information when available.
All national orders are dispatched with our courier; UPS and arrive within 3-5 working days.
Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
International orders ship via DHL or Fedex and arrive within 7-21 days, orders include tracking information and can be traced online.
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Our policy lasts 14 days from when your order is delivered. Please reach out to email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange. In order to be considered for a refund/exchange, we must receive your order within the 14 day time frame
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyer assumes all risk of loss while in transit and all liability for damage while in transit
Your refund/exchange will be processed as soon as possible. If exchanging, please allow up to 7 business days for your new order to be processed.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
All Black Friday/Cyber Monday and sale (clearance) items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
