SHIPPING & RETURNS
This product is made in the US. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information when available.
All national orders are dispatched with our courier, UPS, and arrive within 3-5 working days after the item is processed. Processing may take up to 10 working days.
Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
International orders ship via DHL or FEDEX and arrive within 7-21 days, orders include tracking information and can be traced online.
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Effective June 1, 2021- Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Returns may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will coordinate this.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.

Buyer assumes all risk of loss while in transit and all liability for damage while in transit
All Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Sale (clearance) items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders can only be cancelled if it has not shipped.
Pre-order items can not be cancelled.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost of your return
Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.
If you received a defective/damaged item, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the merchandise back to us. Should you run into this issue, please email us at email@example.com so that we can further assist
